Jim Clark
President & CEO

Jim Clark serves as president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and has had a long affiliation with the organization. His passion is demonstrated in his energy and enthusiasm for implementing successful, innovative programs. Some of Jim's accomplishments include: executing an improved fundraising campaign structure resulting in consistently exceeding campaign goals, advocating for impact-deepening programs such as an early literacy initiative, better serving teen girls' membership and stronger site-based average daily attendance. As president and CEO, Clark oversees an annual budget of over $19 million and is responsible for 36 sites, Camp Whitcomb/Mason and the Ethan Allen Juvenile Correction Extension - with membership totaling more than 33,000.

Clark came to the Clubs from ADD Inc., (renamed Journal Community Publishing Group) where he was the senior vice president and chief sales officer, and senior vice president and regional manager from 1997-2003. Before that, Clark worked for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel from 1979 to 1997 in the area of circulation. He was promoted numerous times during his tenure to the final position of senior vice president for circulation and marketing.

From 1987 to 1997, Clark was an active member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Friends Board, which raised money through creative corporate-giving campaigns.

A native of the metropolitan Milwaukee area, Clark is married and has two sons.
