How to REGISTER ONLINE
Step One: Fill Out Membership and Child Care Provider Forms
All campers are required to be members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee in order to attend summer programming. Please fill out this membership application.
**Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is a Child Care Provider and ALL FEES are waived for members and families that qualify for Child Care Reimbursement. All families signing up for Summer Adventure Camp are required to complete this "Am I Eligible?" form, which is at the end of the membership application. Or go to this website to complete the "Am I Eligible?" form electronically for a quicker response.
Please complete the application and fax, email or hand deliver it to the Club you will be attending: for the Club addresses, visit Club Locations or scroll down for Club contact emails and phone numbers.
Step Two: Choose a Club Location, Browse Camp Sessions and Register Your Email
Choose the Club location that you will be registering for:
These links will take you to a page where you can look at the different sessions and decide what you might want to purchase. When you add something to the cart, the website will prompt you to register your email, so you can then register your camper(s) and check out. Once you have completed the quick registration page, you will be prompted to log in and then can go back to the "Purchase Summer Day Adventures Sessions" tab to add sessions to your shopping cart.
The registration is basic information like name, address and email address. For more information on that process and other FAQs, go here.
Step Three: Select Camp Sessions
Continue to the Buy Now tab and enter the number of children you would like to register for camp into the quantity box. You can add multiple sessions to your cart. You can register up to four campers. If you need to register more than four campers, please contact the person below at the location your campers will be attending.
For the late pick up option: If you are registering kids for multiple sessions, please account for that in the quantity box. For example, if you are registering two kids for four sessions each and would like late pick up for all kids for all sessions, you would need to put an "eight" into the quantity box. Or, if you are registering three kids for one session each, you would put a "three" there.
Step Four: Check Out
Check out. Fill out information for up to four campers. If you have any questions or have a situation that might merit in-person registration, please contact the people below at the Club location you will be registering for:
Club Hours: 2:30 - 9:00 p.m. (The Clubs are shut down for training from June 6th to June 13th but someone should be available to answer phones from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
