Badger Mutual Insurance Beats the Heat as They Host Their 11th Annual Tailgate Party
An estimated 1,700 employees, agents, families and friends filled four large tents at
Miller
Park on June 23 for the 11th annual Badger Mutual Insurance tailgate party, benefiting the Don & Sallie Davis Boys & Girls Club. Also invited were almost 100 members of the Davis Club, who arrived wearing broad smiles and bright orange and green t-shirts.
As in years past, Badger Mutual designed a special tent just for the children, where they found their favorite picnic food, along with games and entertainment. Laughter resonated throughout the tent as volunteers applied temporary tattoos, clowns created balloon animals and a magician regaled the children with spellbinding feats. Afterwards, the members attended the game, where they watched the Brewers take on the Minnesota Twins.
Outside the kids' tent, attendees enjoyed music provided by DJ and country music recording artist Michael Scott, a Davis Club alum who now resides in
Nashville, and several rap numbers performed live by two Davis Club teens. The tables in the auction tent were brimming with silent auction and raffle prizes, while the tables in the food tent overflowed with brats, burgers and barbequed pork sandwiches. But perhaps the busiest tent on this very hot day was the beverage tent.
Our special thanks to Badger Mutual Insurance for their generosity and continued support of our mission of helping our members reach their full potential!

Roy Bubeck, President & CEO of Badger Mutual Insurance, takes time to have some fun in the kids' tent.

Two members of our Davis Club find a tasty way to cool off.
