Apply to be a Volunteer

1. To apply to be a volunteer, please fill out the online Volunteer Application Form.
   
2. Call 414-267-8111 to schedule a phone interview. After the application is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the Background Information Disclosure (BID) attached.
   
3. Please complete the Background Information Disclosure and return within 3 days of your application. This form will allow us to initiate the Volunteer Process.
4. All volunteers must attend a New Volunteer Information Session. The sessions are held every twice every month. Once the application has been completed volunteers will receive more information.
   

Volunteer Process

To ensure the safety of our members, all volunteers must complete the necessary volunteer requirements. Before a volunteer can start, they must submit to and pass a criminal background check and TB test. Once these requirements have been met, the applicant is required to attend a 90-minute Volunteer Orientation & Training session before starting in a volunteer role.
